Midnight

Midnight is the result of an experiment where I moved the focus from the colours to the shapes and contrast. The deep shades of blue are nicely balanced out with the white picture frame and matting. Looking at it I can feel the night with all my senses. The darkness of it, the silence the stillness of it pile into peacefulness.
