Ocean's Fury

The contrast of values and also the warm and cool colours provide tension and dynamics. What is further increased by the collision of long narrow lines and round patches reminds us of the powerful waves of the ocean turning into white foam by breaking at the shore.
This abstract artwork is part of a small series where I tried to capture movements and activities by using watercolour.
